Shipping Information

PLEASE NOTE - There are special instructions for ordering items being shipped outside the USA, Puerto Rico and all other international destinations.  All priced items include shipping costs for ONLY within the USA.  Please read these instructions before paying for any item.

We ship worldwide with United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority Mail for US addresses and Airmail Parcel Post for all international addresses.  At times we will use UPS and FedEx.  All shipments are insured.   If an item arrives damage, DO NOT return item to us, you must submit a claim with the shipper.  You will need to bring the item to the shipper in the box it was shipped in so that the shipping label can be scanned and a refund can be issued to you.  You must also report the damaged item to us at: Customer Service.  Report damage to the shipper promptly or they may not cover the item.  We are not responsible for the actions of the shipper and this is why shipments are insured.  In the case of a damaged item you will need to re-order and pay for item and shipping.

Returns

  No Cash Refunds   Store Credit ONLY.  We have a 15 day return policy.

We only accept returns as long as the following conditions are met: 

                                                      *  Item is return within 15 days of sale
                                                      *  The item is not damaged
                                                      *  You have an RMA number
                                                      *  Item is return with insured shipping

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). To do so, please email: Customer Service

You will then be provided with an RMA number which must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.   Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.  Return shipment must be insured for the cost of the item.  If item is damaged in return shipping and shipping insurance was not purchased, no credit will be issued. 

Address Corrections:  When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address
is complete and correct.   An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to re-ship with an additional shipping charged to you.  You will
need to make payment for these charges before your item is re-shipped.

International Orders:  We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.   You are also responsible for all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation.   Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order, will be billed back to you.   By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation. 

Items shipped in Massachusetts:  A 5% sales tax will be added.
